HONG KONG (WIPO) — A Hong Kong man has been sentenced to two years’ imprisonment for selling “Viagra,” the “Korean” brand of erectile dysfunction medicine, to an Australian bank and a Hong Kong Customs practitioner.
The sentencing hearing was scheduled to take place on November 7 at the Changdong Palace, the capital of Hong Kong.
The prosecutor’s office said that the court ordered the men to pay $1 million in cash and “several thousand dollars” of the proceeds to the Hong Kong government.
“It is imperative that the people who are charged with the sale of drugs in Hong Kong use the information obtained from the court to ensure that the court has the full facts and the appropriate charges to impose upon them,” the prosecutor’s office said.
“In the course of a trial of the case, it is always a crime for the defendant to sell and trade in any drug that has been purchased in Hong Kong,” the prosecutor said.
“It is also a crime to sell and trade in a medicine that is being sold in Hong Kong.”
“In fact, it is also a crime for a person to sell and trade in a medicine that is being sold in Hong Kong.”
The investigation found that the man and his partner, who were charged with sales of Viagra, a drug that contains sildenafil citrate, and other drugs for erectile dysfunction, had bought and sold Viagra, the product of a Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturer, in the southern part of the county.
The government said the man was charged with selling the product without prescription.
The investigation also found that the man was selling Viagra for a living and a habit, and had also bought a large amount of counterfeit Viagra. The investigation found that the man was charged with selling counterfeit Viagra and had also purchased and sold counterfeit Viagra.

The investigation found that the man was charged with selling counterfeit Viagra and was also charged with a fake prescription of a prescription medicine. The government said that the men had received a court order from the court to buy Viagra.
“The men have been arrested and they are being held on three occasions in one,” the prosecutor’s office said.
“It is important that those who are being charged and those who are not are held on the same charge.”
The court ordered the men to pay $1 million and “several thousand dollars” of the proceeds to the Hong Kong government.
The prosecutor said that the man had been sentenced to three years’ imprisonment for selling “Viagra” and other products, and he would pay up to $100,000.
The investigation has resulted in the arrest of more than 6,000 people. There were more than 300 counterfeit Viagra seized by customs, including more than 50 counterfeit Viagra seized from the Hong Kong border and more than 5,000 counterfeit Viagra seized from other countries.
The man has been charged with a number of counterfeit goods, including a number of Viagra-related medicines and the Hong Kong Customs Department’s seized products, including the counterfeit Viagra seized from China and other countries.
